Here's why, you can place your C4 on a flag that your team has captured and go on about your usual routine. As soon as you here the signal that your losing the flag you planted C4 on pull the trigger and its a guaranteed kill. I do this every time i spawn in a game of Domination and as long as the opponent has not shot, flashed or stunned my C4 it's most likely going to be a multikill.

The Run and Gun Technique

Whats up modern warfare gamers. I'm going to go over the run and gun technique in cod mwf2. This is an effective and entertaining way to play the game. You have the ability to get the kill/death ratio of a camper while running around capturing flags and defending bases.
It's a simple layout really, first off you'll need to use the perks: marathon, lightweight and commando. For a weapon use a sub machine gun: for example I use the p90. Choose whatever you like for a secondary and for equipment I recommend the frag or semtex grenades and the flash or stun grenades.

Once you have this the idea is simple. Sprint through the map checking your corners and keeping an eye on the radar. When you see an enemy, get as close to him as you can to get the knife kill or pick him off with your sub machine gun. With the commando perk on it allows you to knife an opponent from further away, while the marathon gives unlimited sprinting time and lightweight allows you to run faster.

This technique works best on small maps or maps with plenty of cover so you can run, duck and dodge your way closer to the enemies spawn points.
